If you feel the number of messages is overwhelming, there are three things you can do to make them easier to manage:

• Set your group membership (via the "edit membership" link - see below) to Special Notices (so you get emailed important messages from the moderators, but nothing else) and read your group online via its home page (you need to be logged in to Yahoo to read the messages).
  
  
• Set your group membership to Digest and just get one or two (long) emails a day containing several messages each.
  
  

• Use your email program to filter the emails into a separate folder away from your Inbox - all group emails contain [your_group_freegle] in the Subject line so this should be easy to do. Check your email program's Help file for "Filters" or "Rules".
